Green Park are currently working with a leading non departmental public body, in their quest to recruit an Interim Workforce Planning Specialist.
(6-12 month contract)
(day rate circa £700)
Our client is looking to secure a highly experienced Workforce Planning Specialist.
This is a high profile, high impact transformation role. You will be deemed as the authoritative expert lead for all strategic work force planning activities and delivery, focusing on change initiatives supporting the people strategy.
You will lead the transformation of workforce planning processes from data capture to workforce profiling.
The role will focus on leading a priority project to embed workforce planning across the organisation. Our client is looking for a HR generalist with experience gained across a range of disciplines, as well as expertise in the delivery of workforce planningwith alignment to talent, development and culture.
You will lead the development of an integrated approach to workforce planning that is both longer term; reflecting the strategic priorities of the organisation and tactical and agile to respond to shorter term risks and opportunities. Work as part of theproject team to develop and embed workforce planning across the organisation and within Directorates supporting the SLT to define a 3 year improvement plan alongside a roadmap for delivery.
Key experience required;
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Business Partner
Expertise in delivery of workforce planning, aligned to talent, development & culture.
People led but with a digital focus
Long-term strategic WFP project experience
Delivering, complex, high level WFP projects with challenging stakeholders
You must have led and delivered WFP strategy in multifaceted environments, including board level decision makers.
High level influencer not afraid to challenge
Office locations available across the country, with a hybrid option, however the client is willing to consider fully remote working.
