**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging sports sessions for children and young people aged 4-12.
- Support the development of sporting skills, teamwork, and confidence in participants.
- Work closely with schools to coordinate sports activities.
- Ensure all coaching sessions are inclusive and tailored to different skill levels.
- Promote health, well-being, and fair play.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment, adhering to safeguarding policies.
- Evaluate individual and group progress, providing constructive feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant coaching qualifications (Level 2/3 in Coaching or equivalent).
- Experience in coaching or teaching young people in various sports (football, rugby, netball, etc.).
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage participants of all ages and abilities.
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week

Additional pay:
