**Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant - grow a team**

**Location**:Bristol

Rytons Associates are hoping to bring in a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to our team due to an increased level of business. Working with most the major housebuilders in South West, you will be responsible for managing and developing the area, and growing a team alongside it.

**The Company**

Rytons Associates is a leading construction & development recruitment company, and we are looking to expand rapidly. We are known for delivering high quality recruitment service to some of the counties best house builders & developers.

Our extensive client list, include a number of FTSE listed businesses through to new start up builders with large overseas investment.

We manage permanent appointments from mid-management through to Managing Director, but actively search each person for the selected role, using a mix of traditional and innovative recruitment methods.

**The Role**

You will need at least 2 years’ experience as a 360 Consultant as well as self-motivated. We are not a KPI driven business, we focus on the delivery and quality of the work.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Supporting junior consultants within the team
- Strategic development of the team, alongside other senior consultants

**Key Requirements**
- 2 years minimum recruitment experience
- Ambitious and driven, with a quality service focus

**Salary**: Up to £50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bristol, BS1 5EH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
