**The Role**: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Sales Negotiator** to join our growing team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for helping buyers and sellers navigate the property market while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be an essential part of a dedicated team working to meet targets, close sales, and ensure clients receive the best possible experience.

Note: This role is office based 5 days a week Mon-Sat. You will receive every other Saturday as a day off and on other weeks receive a day in the week off.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
- Keep up-to-date with local market trends and property values.
- Work to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide administrative support as needed and update CRM systems.

- **Competitive Salary**: Base salary with the potential to earn up to **£45,000** a year in commission (a realistic on target earnings, but ability to earn more).

**Requirements**:

- Full UK driving license and your own vehicle (parking will be provided).
- Previous experience in property sales or a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- A passion for property and delivering exceptional service to clients.
