**Summary**

Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you have proven experience of running a busy reception area? Are you highly organised and like office administration. If so, then this is the perfect role for you.

**The role**

You will be responsible to ensuring all deliveries, customers, suppliers, trainers and employees are greeted at our Yeovil site in a professional and helpful manner. In addition, you will take responsibility for all site related administration. This could include:

- Update the notice board in reception to show where meetings are taking place
- Liaise with our cleaning company and order required cleaning materials
- Attend monthly health and safety meeting to take minutes and complete any health admin tasks
- Complete regular stock control and order office stationery and office refreshments (tea, coffee, sugar, milk)
- Act as a point of contact for office and kitchen cleaning, waste collection, recycling and window cleaning
- Act as a point of contact and escalation point for basic building maintenance (e.g. broken electrical, breakages, crockery)
- Print off weekly training diary and registers for our external trainers
- Support with printing and packaging for some course training packs
- Ordering of lunches for training courses and ensure they are in the right rooms

In addition, you will be expected to open the training centre each morning (Mon - Fri) and check the room is looking tidy, ready for the next meeting or training session.

**What are we looking for?**

You will have a confident and friendly personality and ability to deal with both internal and external visitors to the Yeovil centre. You will also be highly organised, used to managing lots of different tasks at one time and able to react quickly to a wide range of jobs that will need your immediate input.

It’s also important that you are competent with all Microsoft Office products, have a great telephone manner and able to work on your own initiative.
