Office Administrator
**Duties**:
- Perform various clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update CRM databases.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Marketing support and content creation
- Conduct financial data entry and ensure the accuracy of information and reports
- Assist with organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is essential
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong I.T skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Flexibility to take on varied tasks and work to deadlines with excellent time management.
- Great problem solving skills
- Ability to perform data entry with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of general office procedures.
This is a Part-time position with the flexibility to work from home when the business allows, alternatively you will work with the business owner in our studio. We offer a supportive work environment where you can grow your skills and contribute to the success of our business.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9 per week
