INSPECS Ltd, part of INSPECS GROUP PLC - an eyewear company with diverse channels across the globe including manufacturing bases in Vietnam, China, Italy and the UK. We supply over 70,000 optical and retail outlets including well-known high street chains.Our marketing team specialises in bringing eyewear product collections to the optical market, working in partnership with our brands and retailers.

We have a long history of producing eyewear under license for a global portfolio of fashion, sports, and lifestyle brands such as Superdry, CAT, O’Neill, Radley London, The White Company, and new in-house brands.

**The Role**

INSPECS Ltd is recruiting for a full-time graphic designer to join our fast-growing team at our Global HQ in Bath. We need an enthusiastic self-starter willing to expand our graphic capabilities. This person will be a creative thinker, will have broad experiencein graphic design, and be a key member of our fun and friendly team.

Their efforts will improve INSPECS ability to produce high-quality artwork and presentations for our customers and partners across the globe. They will be responsible for following strict graphic brand guidelines but also the creative ability to design avisual brand identity from scratch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce exceptional quality presentations to support brand and product launches.
- Design artwork following exact brand guidelines
- Understand and produce artwork according to customer brief, meeting deadlines
- Create brand guidelines for in-house brands
- Manage graphic files and ensure the shared system is organised
- Understand and amend artwork after creative team feedback
- Design large scale graphics for tradeshows
- Support the team, creative director, and marketing manager on other projects and general marketing requests

**Skills required**:

- Enthusiastic self-starter willing to learn and own areas of graphic design within the business
- Excellent communicator
- Build effective relationships across all levels of the company
- Attention to detail and creative eye
- Excellent project management and time planning skills

**Experience required**:

- 4 years minimum experience in graphic design roles
- (within fashion / brands / licensing / retail would be preferred)
- A strong portfolio of previous artwork and graphics
- Degree level educated
- Full clean license holder, car owner preferred
- Must have experience and a high level of knowledge using the following:

- All Adobe programs (specifically Photoshop and InDesign)
- All Microsoft programs (specifically Powerpoint)
