Kenton Black Finance are delighted to be working with a dynamic and progressive firm with offices in Leeds and York who now due to continued business success, are seeking to appoint a Payroll Executive to join their busy payroll team This position can be OFFICE OR HYBRID based at either LEEDS City or YORK location and requires previous end to end payroll processing experience ideally within a bureau/accountancy or inhouse multi interval payroll processing role.

You will work as of a busy friendly team processing your own client payrolls working either office or hybrid based with home working for part of the week of up to 2 days from home

**Your New Role As Payroll Executive**:
Working at part of a friendly team, hybrid or office based, dealing with full end to end payroll processing for weekly/fortnightly and monthly payrolls using Sage (training can be provided), being a key team member in the efficient running of the payroll function.

**Day To Day Duties**:

- Full end to end payroll processing - knowledge of SAGE payroll system (training can be provided)
- BACS payments, processing pensions/auto enrolment
- Dealing client payrolls and working as a team
- HMRC liaison, RTI
- Processing of starters/leavers P45/P46's/P60's
- Processing SSP/SMP
- Dealing with employee/client queries
- Setting up of new payroll clients

The Payroll Executive needs to possess a good eye for details able to work on your own initiative and be a real team player to become part of this established and successful team that is continuing to expand due to business success levels. **Salary**: £17,178.28-£43,471.96 per year
