Required Experience for this Role:
Our client is quite flexible in terms of desired background and any of the following will be considered:

- Defendant Medical Negligence background with experience of dealing with NHS panel work or
- Defendant Insurance background with exposure to catastrophic personal injury and multi-track litigation matters or
- Claimant clinical negligence or personal injury background (provided you could show a genuine passion and desire for wanting to move into defendant medical negligence work)

The Role:

- You will form part of a large team of circa 40 employees and this role will be moulded around your current level of experience. Most likely you will assist the 20 solicitors, associates and Partners in the team with their complex caseload but absolutelyonce you are confident there is the opportunity for you to pick up your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters.
- When assisting with files your caseload will be high end and extremely varied and will include NHS Panel work and medical malpractice matters. Some matters will be extremely high net worth multi million pound claims.
