The post holder will ensure the comprehensive provision of a cost effective, accessible, appropriate and responsive Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHT) to service users with complex mental health needs.The post holder will carry the continuing responsibility for the assessment,planning, implementation and evaluation of care needs and quality assurance.

The Manager will develop and coordinate a multi-professional approach providing evidence based mental health care to all those who use the service.This collaboration will harness an integrative agency approach so that physical, psychological and social care agencies are working together in providing holistic care to individuals who require its support.

The post holder will be responsible for the continued development of the CRHT and will ensure service delivery is of a high professional standard, in line with Health Board policies and procedures
