**About The Team**:
We are looking to hire an experienced Transport Planner with a track record of driving vehicle fill up, costs down and route optimisation. Together with our couriers and haulage partners you will constantly look for opportunities to improve, innovate andbe more efficient within all aspects of HelloFresh transport. You will strive to produce high quality, reliable and executable plans which support HelloFresh to deliver the best possible service to our customers. You will work alongside a wider logistics teamand support them with any transport related queries. **What You Will Be Doing**:
- Building and executing all weekly outbound linehaul plans
- Building inbound stock plans
- Support with the growth of the HelloFresh transport network
- Reviewing base schedules and looking for opportunities to drive efficiencies
- Working closely with our supply chain planning and production teams to ensure a seamless dispatch scheduled is maintained
- Planning regional distribution sequences to ensure we reach final mile depots in time
- Working closely with our 3PL’s to ensure we meet all connections
- Improving 3PL performance through prioritised scheduling of regional deliveries
- Working closely with our outbound teams across multiple sites
- Supporting the wider business with any transport requests
- Assist with all peak planning
- Ensuring all of our haulage partners are maintaining the highest H&S standards
- Supporting new site launch planning
- Raising PO’s and approving transport invoices
- Supporting the Transport Planning Manager with annual budget planning
- Optimising transport over 3 sites as well as regularly visiting them to ensure standards and procedures are followed
- Visiting all 3 distribution centres and head office when required to align on processes
**Who You Are**:
Essential:
- At least 2 years experience in transport planning
- A clear demonstrable track record of reducing costs and increasing vehicle fill
- Clear understanding of UK road haulage and relevant regulatory requirements
- Experience using and improving transport planning software and tools
- Ability to manage transport projects E2E with strong people skills to engage and motivate stakeholders
- Driver and haulier (3PL) management experience
Desirable:
- Experience working with perishable products and the differences in final mile process required
- Experience working with larger couriers, such as; DPD, Evri and Yodel

**Work Schedule**: Sunday - Thursday, 9am - 6pm
You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters.
