RSM's Restructuring Advisory team works with organisations and their advisers, lenders, trustees and creditors to provide tailored solutions at every stage of the business cycle.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Restructuring Advisory team. We are looking for a Cashier to join us in either our Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds office.

**? Key Accountabilities**
- Cashier to Restructuring Advisory insolvency estate accounts
- Cashier to Restructuring Advisory Clients Money Accounts
- Task orientated within prescribed national operating procedures manual, case related work programmes and insolvency software task lists, National Finance Office procedures for Client Money Accounts,
- Ensuring all estate accounts are up to date and reflect the correct availability of funds on a timely basis.
- Handles all statutory and advisory deadlines regarding case cashiering and regularly reporting to senior colleagues.
- Delegates to Restructuring Advisory Administrative Assistant in the cashiering process providing clear guidance, obtaining regular feedback and managing timetables for efficient, timely and accurate processing of case receipts and payments.
- Supports wider team training by identifying knowledge gaps within own peer group and providing suggestions on how to improve processes.
- Considers resourcing and need for temporary cover whilst on leave or due to current workload and will handover duties to other cashiers whilst they are out of the office.
- Supports business development activities within the office, attends internal and external seminars and networking events as appropriate, in order to develop relationships with similar grades at client firms.
- Suggests recommendations for case progression from own work and to also feed into the wider strategy of the assignment.
- Communicates professionally (verbally and in writing) with team and colleagues, and other case stakeholders, in a responsive manner.
- Builds understanding and complies with relevant regulatory requirements and the firm's internal and external procedures and standards.

- Previous experience working within a similar position is essential.
- Has a good understanding of assignment needs and key case issues.
- Meets deadlines and communicates issues effectively to the team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
