**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Deliver a **first-class patient experience** from initial contact to follow-up.
- **Maintain the reception area to immaculate standards**.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organised calendar.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times.
- Process patient forms, and payments as required (phone and in person).
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.

- A **proactive mindset** and the ability to take initiative and **prioritise**your tasks effectively.
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Follow up with patients after consultations to ensure satisfaction.
- Complete training (e.g., Emergency First Aid and CPR)
- Hospitality roles are highly valued.
- Medical experience is advantageous but not essential.

Interviews will take place in January 2025.

Pay: £12.55-£13.11 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
