**Home Tutor for an SEN student based in Lambeth**

Classroom Teachers Ltd are proud to be working closely with schools in South East London to supply home tutors to students that, for a variety of reasons, are not currently attending school.

We are currently looking to recruit tutors to work up to 15 hours a week with each student.The positions are to start ASAP on an on-going basis.

Hours are generally set each day (tutor and parent decide this), and depending on the student the hours can be between 2-3hrs each day. You can take on 2 students if the schedule allows, to make the hours full time.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- SEN Home Tutor - South London based
- £30+ per hour
- Starting ASAP - Long-term contract
- Teaching primary children with SEN on 1:1 basis at home. Parent/Guardian are always present
- Providing a stimulating & enjoyable learning environment
- Half termly report needed with evidence to show the students progress

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:

- Qualified Teacher
- Previous SEN experience or advanced understanding of SEN
- You must be passionate, enthusiastic and caring towards children
- Able to engage students in their own homes
- Able to communicate with parents/guardians
- Able to inspiring young adults
