**About the Role**

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be joining busy a team at our Head Office, Barking.

Full-time, working 5 days, 40 hours per week £10.30 - £12.36ph

Overtime above 40 hours £16ph

**Our Process**

Once you have applied for these roles (if successful of course) you will be invited to come along to site for an interview.

Please note, as part of our process, and because we are a HMRC controlled warehouse, we will ask you to undertake a basic DBS check.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Accurate picking and packing to meet deadlines
- Wrapping pallets of stock
- Loading and unloading of vehicles
- Labelling bottles and cases
- Receiving goods inwards, checking product lines and quantities
- Ability to take instruction from a Team Leader/Supervisor
- Working to our health and safety standards

**About you**

To be a successful Warehouse Operative you will be:

- Flexible in working to shift pattern and demonstrate relevant experience in similar environment
- This is a physical role as you will not work solely on MHE, so must be fit and able to follow our safe Manual Handling policy which includes lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
- Lifting and moving cartons up to 20kg.
- Good team player and able to follow information and instructions.

**About the shift and hours on offer**:

- Day Shift - Monday - Friday - 06.00am - 15.00pm
- Mid Shift - Monday - Friday - 13.00pm - 22.00pm
- All overtime above 40 hours is paid at a flat rate (all shifts) at £16.00ph
- MHE Training will be offered after successful probationary period
