Muster a smile is a leading dental practice with a newly built and modern site based in the heart of Borehamwood, spearheaded by one of the UK’s leading implant surgeons we are looking to become a market leader in Implants whilst offering other services such as cosmetic and general dentistry. Due to our aggressive growth plans we are looking to recruit a Treatment Coordinator to help drive business development by delivering exceptional customer service.
**THE ROLE**:
The treatment coordinator will be the main point of call for patients seeking treatment and will be responsible for talking them through the process, pricing up their treatment package and ensuring the patient is looked after and has an excellent experience throughout. You will be contacting prospective patients with a view of securing their custom by using your skills and knowledge whilst working to targets and KPI’s to drive business. Day to day duties will include:
- Conducting initial consultations with clients.
- Building rapport with clients.
- Creating treatment packages.
- Booking appointments with relevant dentist.
- Taking payments and arranging payment plans and treatment finance.
- Being involved in the entire patient journey.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Working to pre-defined targets
- Supporting with marketing activities.
- Ensuring you operate within compliance standards
- Accurate record keeping
- Arranging follow-up appointments
- Scheduling after-care calls/ appointments
- Collating customer feedback and reviews
- Adhering to health and safety standards
**THE CANDIDATE**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.
- Proven track record in achieving high patient conversion rates.
- Experience working to KPI’s and exceeding them.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage own workload.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Excellent knowledge around different procedures including implants.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
