**Your mission, should you choose to accept it.**
Join us as a Customer Service Advisor at our **Eaglescliffe **office and earn £21,294 for a 12-month contract. We work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (within an 8 hour day between 8 am and 5 pm). Following a successful period of training in the office, we have a flexible approach between home and office working.

**What does your mission involve?**
As the first point of contact for inbound sales orders, you’ll help customers with orders, price queries, and deliveries - all in your fabulously friendly and professional manner.

We can’t pretend it’s an easy mission. There is lots to learn, but through our training programme, you’ll get all the support you need. We’ll make sure you know how to confidently deliver an excellent service and handle all the unique challenges that may pop up.

The job is all about developing relationships, listening, and using your brilliant communication skills. There are no scripts at Marshalls; each customer will have their own unique needs. Using your training and initiative, you’ll be able to take ownership, handle queries, and get to the bottom of problems.

**What do you need to bring on the mission?**
- Previous customer service experience, perhaps within retail or hospitality, but we’re open to hearing from diverse customer service backgrounds
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A love of working in a fast-paced environment whilst paying close attention to detail and order processing
- A great ability to build rapport with customers with a positive and upbeat approach
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking full end to end ownership using your initiative
- An enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating to reach objectives and targets
