**What you will be doing**
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities & autism. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help supportpeople lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of you; being able to do something today that they couldn't do last week.

The shift patterns include working 7.5 hours a day, 4-5 days a week between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm.

Permanent, Full-time. Part-time hours are also available.

Arabella Drive is based in Roehampton and is part of our learning disability and autism division and provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours which, due to their diagnosismay be seen as challenging.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.
Your aim will be to encourage individuals to lead a full and valued life, enabling them to live more independently through a programme of active community engagement, developing meaningful social networks and developing robust coping strategies.**What you will get**
