We are seeking a hard-working and diligent worker to join our Frontline Team. You must have an eye for detail and experience of working on patient electronic systems would be advantageous. This role involves working both at the office and working at home, so the confidence and ability to use platforms such as MS Teams will be required. It will require effectively supporting, triage or signposting service users.

The post holder will contribute to Public Health and relevant funding partners priorities including Best Start, Obesity, Mental health and Community Resilience.

This will involve the development and delivery of Healthy Lifestyle activities, education and key messages also Insight and outreach work utilising the Wellbeing services outreach vehicle.

Signposting to relevant wellbeing and partner services to ensure an integrated approach and consistent messages throughout St Helens sessions for service users i.e. children, families and adults. The aim will be to target and focus interventions for more vulnerable individuals and families, therefore contributing to a reduction in health inequalities in the borough.

Training other professionals and volunteers in a variety of community settings, including Early Years and Schools to deliver Wellbeing initiatives, key messages, brief interventions and programmes.

The interventions will contribute to individual’s wellbeing by encouraging a long-term change in behaviour and increase in physical activity among local residents, towards a healthier lifestyle.
