You will be responsible for preparing sandwiches with the finest deli products from the counter. In addition to wrapping, weighing, pricing, and helping to keep the merchandising standards of the department at the highest level, at all times.

The successful Deli Waiter must enjoy been part of a culture of passion and enthusiasm for the preparation and service of food, who is motivated and lead by example.

**You**:

- Ability to work well in a team

- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible work hours over 5 days

**Desirable**
- Good health and safety awareness
- Previous experience of working in a similar role

**Key responsibilities**
- Assist the Deli Manager and Supervisors with the daily maintenance of the Deli. This includes setting up the Deli before opening, maintaining cleaning standards throughout the day, exceeding customer expectations, keep healthy merchandising levels at all times, following closing up process.
- Maintain the highest standards of food freshness and quality by daily checks and be-fore service, ensuring that all legal requirements are met. Including but not limited to, temperature checks, cleaning schedules and food safety procedures.
- Alert Managers or Supervisor about food quality issue as soon as it is noticed.
- Following stock rotation procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager in charge.
