Hotel Receptionist

As a Receptionist at Dalziel Park you will have your ear to the ground and be aware of everything that is going on from knowing which important meeting and events are taking place to dealing with customer enquiries and golf bookings. What Your Role will involve:

- Meeting and greeting customers
- Booking meetings and accommodation
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Dealing with hotel check-ins and check-outs
- Sorting and distributing post
- General administration duties
- Complying with company, Legal and Statutory H & S regulations.

As the ideal Receptionist you must have:

- Previous Receptionist experience within a similar business
- The ability to communicate effectively by telephone, in writing and in person
- An organised approach to tasks and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and prioritise competing demands
- Good keyboard and I.T. skills
- Great time-keeping and reliability

3 days per week. - Sunday to Tuesday

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28 per week

**Salary**: £7.50-£9.60 per hour
