Business Development Manager

**THE ROLE**: As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling waste management solutions will a real focus around sustainability and being able to educate the end users around legislation's and in turn be able to offeradvice and recommend solutions within the company's portfolio. You are not limited to a particular vertical with previous successes in both public and private sectors. Dealing directly with procurement teams, Environmental Managers and Operations Directorsyour role will be to identify and convert new business opportunities. You must be a confident, sales focused individual and be proactive in self-generating leads as this role is 100% new business, you will be working on 4-5 projects at one time so must beable to manage your time effectively. You will be fully supported in your new business endeavours with internal support and a fully cleansed CRM system and strong existing pipeline.

They continue to grow their presence with new innovative products and solutions and want to bring on likeminded individuals to jointheir business.
**THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER**:
- Basic: up to £45,000
- Commission: OTE £20,000-£25,000
- Company Car or Car Allowance

**LOCATION**: Northamptonshire (covering Cambridge, Bedford, Luton, Watford, St Albans, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire)
