**The role**:
Based in GP surgeries, you will support people to make the changes they want to make, whilst facilitating access to Opioid Substitution Therapy. You will be able to build a rapport quickly and be passionate about getting the best out of people. You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage a busy diary in a job where no two days are the same. You will be part of a warm and supportive team, whilst managing your own caseload and working as part of multi-disciplinary teams in both GP surgeries and BDP’s offices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the treatment journey of a caseload of service users.
- Working alongside GPs to manage prescriptions for our service users.
- Working with service users to make sure they are receiving a service that best meets their needs.
- Accurately logging data in our patient management system.

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong engagement skills, demonstrating flexibility, persistence and imagination in engaging service users.
- Ability to liaise effectively with other organisations, including GPs and other health professionals.
- A profound belief in an individual’s capacity for change and an ability to motivate others to change.
- A commitment to reducing harm caused by substance use to individuals, families and communities.
