**A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a FTSE listed leader as a Lease Accountant on a six-month contract. This client is looking for someone to join immediately with a combination of remote working and based from their head office in High Wycombe.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare monthly financial Accounts**:

- **Prepare leasing schedules in the reporting of group figures.**:

- **Prepare monthly cash reconciliations.**:

- **Prepare the lease tracker for circulation to the CFO and other key stakeholders.**:

- **Process lease additions, disposals and modifications.**:

- **Support the FP&A team with lease forecasting and budgeting.**:

- **Take the lead with lease-related projects, such as IFRS16 implementation.**:

- **Prepare the lease statutory reporting disclosures.**:

- **Provide support and mentoring to the Assistant Lease Accountant**:

- **Support the wider financial accounts team and other ad hoc tasks as required by management.**

**Requirements**:

- **Qualified Accountant ACA, CIMA, ACCA
