We are looking for a Still Life Stylist to join our Photography Studio team. You will form an integral part of the internal Studio team through providing creative fashion styling for our online content and ecommerce channels that comply with the brands aesthetic, ensuring the selection is commercially viable.

**What will you do as a Still Life Stylist?**
- Create looks and style ecommerce products in a brand, brand conscious, on-trend, commercial way adhering to timescales agreed
- for still life shots.
- Understand the brand direction and translate this into visually engaging set ups in line with the wider business objectives
- Strong eye for detail within outfits and confidence to test innovative ideas
- Constantly suggesting areas for improvement, testing, and helping implementation
- Capable of styling across all business channels from ladies, kids, accessories, homeware, beauty, and wellbeing.
- Continuously evaluate product representation and retail landscape to ensure the brand is the leader for online styling.
- Meet image deadlines for weekly uploads
- Capable of resolving issues when relevant and communicate workflow status and concerns to Studio Production Manager
- Work with other members of the Studio production team to ensure the photo studio is organised and ordered
- Styling shoots independently as and when required.

**What will you need to succeed as our Still Life Stylist?**
- 1+ yrs. styling experience in an ecommerce/editorial environment, predominantly fashion / lifestyle
- A strong portfolio demonstrating fashion styling but can also demonstrate experience within lifestyle brands including homeware
- Able to work well as part of a team in a highly pressurized environment
- Highly organized and can manage multiple projects at any one time.
- Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines and meticulous attention to detail
- Able to show initiative/constantly initiate ideas to constantly improve the image quality of the site and studio processes
- Flair and individuality combined with awareness the Monsoon and Accessorize brands
- Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the image quality of the site.
