We are looking for a Production Manager to assist the running of the factory floor through the supervision of the staff, procedures and products. We will accept supervisors looking for the next step. It is favoured if you have knowledge and understandingof aluminium doors/ windows.

Duties-- Provide leadership, encouragement, training and support to achieve meeting targets.
- Make sure manufacturing is completed according to job sheets also to company's standards.
- Organise factory labour.
- Ensure operatives are working effectively, eg
- attendance, production
- Assist with further development.
- Carry out other duties where necessary to complete companies work.

Requirements-- Knowledge and understanding of aluminium windows and doors (Favoured).
- Ability to work without supervision, have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to motivate, train and lead a team of people.
- To be proactive and have excellent verbal communication skills.
- To meet targets and goals.
- To have patience.

Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm

Friday 7am - 1pm

£30-£34k per annum
