Head of Finance position based in the East Midlands, with well-renowned international manufacturing group. Genuine opportunity to drive change via continuous improvement and influence commercial decision making.

**Client Details**

Page Executive are supporting this market leading manufacturing company to recruit a new Head of Finance, to be based at their East Midlands location. The organisation has a track record of growth (including via M&A), innovation and offering challenging,rewarding careers.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the role will oversee the day-to-day finance operations for multiple sites in the UK, to include FP&A, Management Accounting, Commercial Finance and Business Partnering.

In additional, leading / coaching a best-in-class finance team, with a value-add mindset, along with the development of management reporting and business partnering will be key deliverables.

**Description**

Key responsibilities of the Head of Finance will include:

- The Planning & Control cycle - Month Ends, Budgets, Forecasts and Three Year Plans.
- Present information on company performance based on solid analysis and KPIs.
- Give incite, challenge and helpful context to Monthly reporting.
- Oversee the strategy and execution of the tendering and contracting processes.
- Undertake profitability and portfolio analysis - drive improvements across both areas.
- To support and prepare the analysis of various projects (including CAPEX).
- Deputise for the FD when required.
- Enhancing the speed and effectiveness of financial-based decision making.
- Support the review of customer contracts and operating agreements.
- The position has direct accountability for pulling information from across the business and presenting for the board to make decisions.

**Profile**

Finance experience in manufacturing or FMCG is highly desirable, where you will have had full P&L exposure, in terms of and end-to-end production process, in order to fully understand an appreciate manufacturing operations.

A continuous improvement mindset, genuine passion for developing a team and the ability to operate at pace are also required.

**Job Offer**

£90,000 - £100,000 + benefits package to include car allowance and bonus. Hybrid working.
