As an Events Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate conferences to social gatherings. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including scheduling, budgeting, and staffing.
- Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.
- Prepare event materials, including invitations, programs, and name tags.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup and breakdown of event spaces.
- Maintain records of all bookings, such as venues and catering, and handle payments where necessary.
- Assist with promoting events across all social media platforms.
- Ensure all branded items for events arrive on time.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
