enton Barns (Scotland) Ltd is seeking an experienced, responsible individual for the role of Food Technologist within our technical department.

This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630 and involves working in both factory and office settings. Due to the location of the factory, own transport is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Quality and safety checks
- Training - enforcement of GMP and Hygiene rules
- Internal Audits
- Customer enquiries/complaints
- Validations
- Specifications
- QAS
- HACCP
- Assisting with all aspects of the Technical Department as required.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Confidence using Microsoft software
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
