Hello all,

I am delighted and very excited to be recruiting for a part time kitchen assistant for our new & upcoming venue, Swan Tavern located in Ripponden, Halifax. As part of Concept Taverns, this will be one of thirteen great venues across Yorkshire.

We are looking for an individual with a love for hospitality and a passion for quality food to join our team. We pride ourselves on a warm and friendly service so an upbeat personality is a must If this is you we would love to hear from you

The venue operates over two floors with the top floor boasting a magnificent private hire room with capacity for approx 60 guests with a private bar. The venue with also include a games room which will include an English pool table, darts and Basketball along with a vibrant courtyard beer garden which will provide a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of seating to enjoy the warm summer days.

We are looking forward to becoming an essential part of the local community and working closely with all our neighbours.

**THE ROLE**
- Understand the basics of food hygiene and the importance of SFBB and cleanliness
- Understand the importance of stock control and rotation
- Understanding of food presentation
- Have skills to prepare & serve quality food in a fast paced environment
- Have a least 1 year experience working in a kitchen
- Have a positive attitude
- Be well presented
- Be a great team player
- Have a can do attitude

Interviews will be held over the next two weeks, with the position looking to start ASAP.

**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS**

**Part Time Kitchen Assistant**
25-30 hours per week

National minimum wage with opportunity to earn more through our staff progression scheme.
