**Purpose of Job**
- To provide administrative support to Cleveland group ensuring a high level of detail
- To provide a high level of customer service to all customers and colleagues, reinforcing the ‘Cleveland Can’ attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Process Request for Delivery (RFD) forms, checking and highlighting that the customer purchase order matches the delivery information and flagging any concerns with relevant stakeholders
- Create pro forma / sales orders using business systems and processes
- Contact the customer with pro forma information and ensure they have received any correspondence
- Update and maintain the business systems throughout the ordering process
- Work with the differing divisions to review any requests for refund and credits
- Work alongside the Service Delivery Lead to resolve customer queries / complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain great communications internally and externally, being an advocate for service levels within the business
- General administrative duties in line with role profile
