We are currently recruiting a Hospitality Assistant to be a part of our team at RAF Lossiemouth, IV31 6SD

**What you'll be doing**:

- Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Aramark
- Perform basic food preparation and made to order services including hot food in line with Aramark brand standards
- Take payment and keep financial records as required
- Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
- Clean back of house areas, crockery and cutlery using equipment when trained to do so
- Clean and tidy counter, light equipment, public areas
- Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the course of the work
- Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is desirable
- Must be over 18 due to the role involving working in bars
- Must be flexible to work in all areas of the business if required
- Excellent customer service skills
