We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with knowledge of working within childrens services.

The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a multidisciplinary 0-19 skill mix team within a defined geographical area. To develop and deliver universal and early intervention (Tier 1 and 2) services for children aged 0-19 and their families using an integrated model of working across professional and organisational boundaries. The post holder will also be responsible for the safe implementation and on-going development within their teams supported by the Operational Lead Integrated Children's Universal and Early intervention Services. This role will play a key part in the development and safe delivery of Services utilising best available evidence to improve the health and wellbeing of children and young people especially those from disadvantaged groups. The focus of this role will be on promoting quality and clinical governance at all levels within the team through role modelling, supervision, mentorship. The post includes a clinical caseload to support the team and to maintain clinical competence and credibility. The post holder will be expected to lead on particular areas for development in clinical practice, including audit, and developing outcome focussed interventions.
