**Why you should consider an apprenticeship?**:
Our apprenticeships are job training programmes that allow individuals to learn and develop new skills while working in schools and receiving a salary.
They combine off-the-job training with practical sessions and independent learning, providing experience and knowledge for those wanting to start a career in PE, sport or as Teaching Assistants.

**Experience**:Gain hands-on experience by working 4 days a week with at your workplace while receiving training.

** Training**: Receive **free** **high-quality training **with inspire+ once a week.

** Workplace support**:an experient member of staff will be chosen as your mentor and will teach you the daily activities and support you during your work.

** Our Support**:From the moment you applied for the apprenticeship, to the End Point Assessment, we’ll be always supporting you. Every learner will have an inspire+ Tutor to guide them throughout their apprenticeship. Our tutors will provide the training and, every term, visit their workplace.**Active Wraparound Care Apprenticeship**

**Level 2 - Community Activator Coach Apprenticeship**

Duration: 13 months (inc. End Point Assessment)

These learners encourage better use of play in a wraparound care setting. They are trained to deliver their daily activities
with a keen eye on improving physical activity and engaging in life-long enjoyment for sport and physical education.

But this is not a rule; you can hire an additional person as an apprentice if you wish.
