International consumer products business in Central Bristol has a newly created role for a Finance Process Change Lead, initially offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. Working with senior business leaders across multiple disciplines, the rolesupports building a new FP&A operating model and renewing the team’s capabilities and culture. It’s an exciting time to be part of the transformation roadmap.

Role

Working alongside Head of Group Finance, you will take the lead in coordinating and executing all change management and communications activity across the transformation programme. The role carries a large business partnering and will review, redefine andimplement the finance target operating model. The FP&ATransformation Lead will develop a performance management framework and KPI suite and establish relationships across the organisation to test future-proofing the Finance agenda and embed the new financefunction, including new structures, new systems and processes.

**About You**

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, you will have demonstrable expecting of finance transformation programmes and have worked for large international organisations. Experience of leading process change with financial reporting implications and development and improvementof systems and controls is essential. With a proven ability to think creatively and solve complex problems, you will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and convincing and managing negotiations across a complex group. Advanced excel analysis, PowerPoint, andprocess mapping. Experience using Power BI and Salesforce desirable but not essential.
