**Job description**

Trade Ivy Limited is a rapidly growing young business which designs, manufactures, and sells leading decorative lighting brands to architects, interior designers, and end customers. Our popular brands include Soho Lighting and our products have been specified in some of the UK’s most prestigious projects and homes. We are expanding our facility and looking to hire an additional full-time Warehouse & Assembly Operative to join our small, dedicated team in Par, PL24 2HY.

**RMA Co-ordinator**

**Key purpose of the role**:
The Return Merchandise Authorisation Co-ordinator role will manage all aspects of the returns, replacements, and the resale of _seconds_. This role has two key aspects which will work fluidly alongside each other, ensuring a smooth journey of a return, whether it can go back into stock or repurposed in some way. Working with the finance department, this role will develop and continuously improve both processes, making them more sophisticated, accurate and efficient.
This role will also provide the relevant departments with reporting metrics accompanied with analysing the data at hand, aiming to reduce the number of returns and damaged stock. The technical department will also work closely with this role, ensuring faulty returns are tested in a timely manner, liaising with the customer where necessary and actioning the appropriate outcome. In free time this role will still support the warehouse and the build department in the core jobs such as disruption and product assembly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work to develop a sophisticated returns system alongside the finance department.
- Record all return data accurately: Date, SKU’s, quantity, condition, price.
- Ensure returns have a fluid journey from delivery to QC’s to issuing the refund money, to returning to stock
- making sure each stage is clearly trackable, so any mistakes are easily uncovered.
- Process all refund money for ecommerce orders.
- Organise and keep up to date with all faulty returns, ensuring they are testing and actioned appropriately alongside the technical department.
- Provide return data matrix to relevant department, having analysed the data for patterns, suggesting resolutions to minimise returns.
- Oversee all daily deliveries.
- Liaise with customers where appropriate.
- Manage the eBay seconds shop, working alongside the Warehouse Manager and the Channel Marketing Manager to develop and implement this new department of the business.
- Take photos and write descriptions for all products going on eBay.
- Clear the back log of quarantine products that have accumulated over time.
- Ensure any damaged returns that can be resold on eBay are turned around quickly.
- Ensure the eBay seconds shop is working efficiently, in terms of stock turnaround time and financials.
- Use product utilisation methods to ensure all damaged products are reused the best they can be.
- Keep an organised record of all products that we discard of for finance purposes.

- Customer service skills and confidence.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
