Billings Coordinator

Executive Talent Solutions are working with a leading wine business to recruit an experienced Billings coordinator.

The business is one of the fastest growing wine businesses in the UK offering a unique service to their clients.

Following the implementation of a new systems (SAP B1), they are looking to recruit an experience Billings Coordinator to manage their client's accounts and develop processes and controls. The role will be based in Hammersmith, West London - employees canwork 2 days per week from home. A salary up to £40k is offered.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing their SAP Business One system in respect of Account Statements and Account Balance reports
- Developing relationships with Account Managers / Directors internally as well as clients to resolve queries
- Calculating commissions and charges for each account (note they have several account fee structures)
- Preparing UK and International reports
- Extensive reconciliations of their customer accounts
- Supporting the general finance team where needed
