We have an exciting new vacancy for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at The Grand Hotel Scarborough. Nestled in the heart of the town, just a short walk from Scarborough Train Station, our 413 room hotel offers breathtaking views of the picturesque harbour and South Bay.

**Your duties will include**:

- Supervising the daily operation of the maintenance team.
- Liaising with the hotel’s operational departments to ensure all guest needs and operational functions are prioritised.
- Ensuring necessary inspections of lifts, boilers etc are carried out and records maintained.
- Ensuring regular testing and management of the hotel’s safety systems.
- Responding effectively to emergencies.
- Conducting the recruitment, training and management of maintenance personnel and assisting in the training of all staff in respect of statutory training.
