We are heavily involved in supporting young generations of makers and promoting sustainability within the fashion industry.

We are currently looking for Operations Assistant to become a part of our mission as we grow our operation, and cement ourselves as the market leader within the fashion space and sustainability

This is a varied and fast-paced role, supporting the CEO and the business from within the Operations department. The responsibilities will include:

- Communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently
- Developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set
- Managing the company's commercial operations and various expenses and budget
- Monitoring performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, briefing notes and correspondence materials
- Managing calendars and diaries and screening phone calls on behalf of senior executives
- Taking notes and transcribing recordings of letters and meetings
- Distributing and archiving confidential files and documents
- Assisting with staff hiring and onboarding

This position requires strong organizational skills and communication skills, as you will be assisting the team with communications to external partners such as Research Institutions, Universities, Technology Companies, Government Bodies and many more.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
