Henderson Care Home is looking to recruit a Team Leader _(SVQ Level 3) (Nightshift)_

Henderson House Care Home is based in the popular Fife coastal town of Dalgety Bay, and provides exceptional standards of Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care for up to 60 residents, over three floors.

This role is for those who want to make a real difference and help support residents and staff to reach their potential. You will be a key team player and will put residents at the heart of everything that you do.

**Team Leader Contract**

13.00 per hour.

Contracted 40-hours per week (Alternate weekends)

Shift Times: 19:45PM - 08:00AM

Nightshift

Pension.

5.6 weeks annual leave.

PVG paid.

Additional on-going training and professional development and progression opportunities

Onsite parking

**Team Leader Will Be**

A caring and motivated person.

Experienced supporting older people, ideally including those living with a dementia.

Confident and experienced to lead a care team and act as champion for the wellbeing of residents.

Able to prepare, review and understand a care plan.

Qualified to SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

**Your key responsibilities will include**

Providing excellent care and support to residents.

Ensuring high standards are always maintained.

Supervising, leading and motivating all care assistants in order for the team to function efficiently.

Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs.

Administering medication as instructed.

Monitoring, responding, and reporting appropriately on the wellbeing of the residents and able to respond in a timely manner to any concerns.

Supporting and working with care assistants.

Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
