**Work mode: Hybrid**

**Assignment Duration: 7-9 Months (Temporary)**

**Purpose of the role**

Provide FP&A support to the FP&A Manager of Eastern Cluster. Analysis and reporting of Cluster Month End and Quarter Reporting.

Also provide support to the EMEA Endo EHQ Functions (C&CE, HEMA) with particular focus on Opex Management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- The role is a great opportunity to learn the Cluster FP&A role and business partnering. As well as OpEx Management.- Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide value-added analysis that creates financial awareness and education in the Cluster organization and functional teams
- Key partnering with EMEA leads to improve Competitive Market Intelligence and Market Share data.
- Support the month-end close process: Monitor Eastern cluster Endoscopy P&L and functional OpEx, summarize issues and opportunities for management.
- Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
- Drives compliance in all finance related matters (CA&C, SOX, Statutory, monthly Closing). Participates in implementing Quality requirements in all aspects of the Finance Process.

**What we are looking for**:

- 2-4 years of experience in Financial analysis and business partnering
- Highly motivated individual, looking to growth a career as FP&A in BSCI.
- Fluent in English (main working language).
- Strong Excel knowledge and fast learner of financial systems (Tableau, Hyperion and SAP).
- Experience in working in a large company, preferably in an international environment.
- Ability to understand and articulate cost drivers, as well as potential saving initiatives.
- Business-oriented: ability to interact with Sales and other functions, at all levels, and challenge status quo.
- Self-starter/autonomous and pro-active
- Communication: ability to adapt communication style depending on the internal customer, always with clarity and assertiveness
- Team spirit and collaboration: ability to influence group of experienced peers and drive towards company goals.
