Are you an Electrical Installation Engineer who’s looking to pass on your skills and experience? Look no further as we’re looking for a full time permanent Apprentice Skills Coach (Assessor) in Electrical Installation to come and join us on our journey to outstanding. You bring the experience and we’ll provide the qualifications and skills needed to assessors / verify.

You’ll be a support colleague you’ll go into the Greater Manchester Pension scheme with a generous employer contribution. You’ll enjoy some really great benefit’s too, for example, a great holiday allowance of 33 days which doesn’t include bank holidays or up to 3 efficiency days at Christmas, Costa Coffee on site, Free on site Gym at Beaufort Road, onsite bakery products at Tameside One, dining experiences at out Restaurant at Tameside One, retail discounts, a cycle to work scheme, a cash health care plan via simply health and a savings club via the Manchester Credit Union.

**What you’ll need**: - You’ll need to provide the relevant occupational experience and we’ll provide the assessing and verifying qualifications. You’ll need to be enthusiastic, resilient and are a highly motivated individual with Literacy / Numeracy to at least Level 2, and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.We’ll put you through your Assessor qualifications (A1, TAQA, D32) and give you the skills you needed to support with the training needs of learners through a range of methodologies.

**Here’s the standard bit**: - You will deliver training, assessing and quality assuring work-based learning programmes, in line with the college’s Apprenticeship Strategy. Working towards the growth of high quality, employer focused provision that maximises the opportunities for learners to achieve and progress into sustained employment.

As a highly engaged and motivated Apprentice Skills Coach (Assessor), you will have a genuine desire to improve the life chances of our learners whilst being a strong experienced team player with excellent communication skills.
