- You’ll be working from care plans tailored to the needs of each individual, based on their lifestyle, supporting with day to day living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, social interactions, and activities in the community.
- As a **Support Worker** you will be maintaining an environment that is appropriate to the needs of our service users.
- As a **Support Worker** you will be creative and resourceful when supporting our service user.

**ABOUT THE SERVICE**:
St Anne’s Apartment is an extra care supported living service that provides care and support to adults with a learning disability and mental health needs. This service provides care and support to people living in ‘supported living’ settings, so that they can live as independently as possible. The service is staffed 24 hours and had the governing ethos of a service that is flexible, a home for life whilst supporting people to be autonomous and independent. There are currently 13 individuals living in the service. The age range of people receiving support varies from 21 - 80 plus years.
