**JOIN OUR TEAM AS A PLAY CENTRE SUPERVISOR AT CASTAWAY PLAY LTD**

Are you energetic, fun-loving, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Castaway Play is looking for a dynamic, Floor Supervisor to assist our General Manager in leading an enthusiastic team and creating memorable moments for
children and families.

As a vital part of our leadership team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant Play Centre, coordinate pre-booked parties, and contribute to the planning and execution of exciting events that bring joy to our community year-round.

The job will require 1 weekend day of working.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the General Manager in providing exceptional customer experiences and maintaining top-notch standards.
- Oversee team supervision and engagement, fostering a fun, safe, and enriching environment for children and families.
- Coordinate pre-booked parties and deliver them with enthusiasm and energy.
- Offer creative input for special events and activities, including our exciting Fin Star Fridays.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Fire, Food, and Hygiene regulations in an indoor play environment.
- Perform opening and closing duties, cash handling, and cashing up tasks.
- Assist with First Aid and emergency procedures when needed.
- Contribute to broader operational initiatives to help the complex achieve its goals.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
