**Atlas Hotels** is hiring a **Team Leader** right now at the **Holiday Inn Express - Oldbury**

Have you got previous experience of leading a team in a customer service environment? **So what does a Team Leader do?**
- Providing a warm ‘Atlas welcome’ to guests and new employees will be at the heart of what you do
- You’ll need to make sure your Team Members are in the right place at the right time and you will take coaching and development of your team seriously
- You’ll be the person that Team Members look to when they need guidance, so you will need to be nurturing and cool under pressure
- You will support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving Atlas’ purpose of creating a rewarding place to work and a great experience for our guests, so continuous improvement across the hotel will be important
