An exciting opportunity to work for an International company bringing the UK Gigabit Full Fibre to The Premises Broadband.

Lila Connect are recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Department’s initiatives with the planning, execution and tracking of tactical marketing programmes.

Your Main Duties will include:

- Coordinating city project marketing events, including overseeing logistics, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries
- Coordinating online and offline lead generation activity, including scheduling, testing and database management.
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high quality and timely execution of marketing programmes.
- Maintaining research databases.
- Collaborating with the external PR agency toward a marketing strategy
- Creating engaging marketing materials for the sales team, business development, community engagement or any internal business department.
- Internal and external stake holder management

You will have the following knowledge and experience:

- Industry experience preferred.
- Excellent collaborative skills and experience of working with remote teams and colleagues.
- An effective communicator including verbal and nonverbal
- Strong organisational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of lead nurturing, website and marketing analytics tools.
- Proficient using marketing automation technology.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- A team player and willingness to get stuck in.
- Proactive approach to getting things done.
- Flexible to react and adapt to rapidly changing scenarios.
- Driven to meet deadlines in line with compliance.
- A strong organiser with an attention to detail.
- Analytical, find solutions and make decisions.
- Resilient and have positive attitude in challenging situations.

**Salary**: £31,000.00 per year
