**Job Summary**

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - FULL TIME

Position is Office based in Banstead Surrey
- Answering incoming calls
- Making outgoing calls to customers, suppliers, engineers
- Organising and booking in jobs to diary
- Liaising with engineers on a daily basis
- Invoicing, taking payment
- Prepare and send quotes
- Day to day admin
- Position is varied and multitasked

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Word, Excel - Sage Accounts experience an advantage - training will be given
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical duties is advantageous.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
