- completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or similar
- at least 5 years experience
- knowledge of import/export regulation and customs clearance
- speaking German and fluent business English
- very good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel)
- clear criminal record check
- high motivation, flexibility as well as ability to work under pressure
- experience of EASA and LBA aviation regulations and AMOS knowledge are desirable.
- knowledge of aviation legislation is an advantage

Your role:

- Supervision of purchasing and related tasks in compliance with the aeronautical legal requirements (selection of suppliers, scheduling of orders, obtaining offers, price comparisons, supplier meetings)
- Supervision of materials management and related tasks (Incoming goods inspection, proper packaging and storage, dispatch of repair parts, repair orders, keeping of stock, organisation and supervision of the transport of all kinds of parts)
- Supervision of all customs matters for imports/exports
- Inventory for the year-end closing
- Creation and maintenance of procedural instructions for the warehouse logistics departments and their respective departments
- Planning, implementation and optimisation of logistic processes as well as of the in-house system to reduce costs and avoid errors
- Determination and analysis of key figures with continuous reporting

You will work independently and have a varied and responsible position.
