Welcome to Ryland View Care Home in Dudley, situated three miles from the town centre and close to the Sheepwash Nature Reserve. We’re in easy reach of Birmingham New Road and M5 for drivers. If you are visiting via public transport, the Home is on the Birmingham line bus route and close to Dudley Port train station. Sandwell General Hospital is nearby too.

Residents are given a warm welcome when they arrive at our comfortable, friendly Home. At Ryland View, we practice person-centred care - which means we take care of all of the Residents’ wellbeing needs, physical, emotional and spiritual. Compassion and kindness are the guiding principles for our dedicated team, who are committed to ensuring all Residents are able to lead the life they choose.

**The day shift is: 08:00 -20:00**

**Your Responsibilities...**
- Respecting the Residents’ dignity and privacy
- Providing the highest standard of person-centred support to the Residents’ to be as independent as possible and encouraging them to do as much for themselves as they can.
- Working with Residents’ and families to deliver person centered care.
- Supporting with all aspects of personal care; feeding, toileting, bathing.
- Maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Residents’.
