We are looking for a hard working, reliable and eager individual to join our team. Experience in this role is prefered but not essential as training will be provided.

**Bartender Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
- Informing customers about new beverages and specials
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
- Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
- Taking inventory to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing rubbish, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast pased enviroment to the highest possible levels

**Qualifications**
- Proven bartending experience with a strong understanding of drink preparation and serving techniques
- Excellent hospitality skills to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
- Previous restaurant experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to efficiently serve customers and manage multiple orders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
